If you wish to change your personal information, password or delivery address, you first need to log into your user account and then choose My Account in the top right menu. You can edit your personal information in the section Settings by choosing Personal Information or simply by clicking Edit.
If you wish to change your password, choose Change Password in the section Settings.
In the section Address book in your user account, you can add, change or remove your delivery address. You can also change the delivery address during the purchase process in the step Delivery and billing method.
We would kindly like to warn you that you cannot change the order once you have placed it. You can just cancel it but only if the goods have not yet left the warehouse. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by calling +36800 80644 (from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00). If you do not succeed in canceling the order, you can always return it free of charge by a GLS courier or by bringing it to our Gap store in Etele Plaza.
