DELIVERY

Delivery price

The delivery price is 990 HUF (VAT inclusive). For all orders of 15 000 HUF or more we offer free delivery to the selected address. The delivery is also free if you choose to pick up your order in our Gap store in Etele Plaza.

Your order can be delivered to the address you select or our Gap store in Etele Plaza – for store location and working hours click here. We would kindly like to warn you that delivery is always limited to the country (website) from which you order. You can expect your order at your address in Hungary within 2-5 business days. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we do not ship orders.

When the order is ready, the GLS delivery service will send you an e-mail and SMS notification that the package is ready and will be delivered the next business day. With the SMS notification you will also receive the package number, the link and the password for checking the delivery status, change the delivery date, or forward the package to another address, to a Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop. Direct delivery to a Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop is not possible.You can check the delivery status of your order on the GLS website, by calling (+36 29) 886 700 or sending an e-mail to info@gls-hungary.com. Also, you will receive an e-mail with more information about your order, for example the amount of money you need to pay at delivery (if you chose to pay on delivery - with cash or card).

Delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop

You can also pick up the order in a GLS Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop. The delivery service GLS will send you a notification via SMS that the package is ready and will be delivered the next business day. In the same message you will also receive the package number, the link, and the password for checking the delivery status, change the delivery date or forward the package to another address, to a Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop. It is not possible to directly choose delivery to a Parcel Locker or a Parcel Shop.
